Legal and disclosures
Everything we are obliged to tell you, and a few things we are not, in the plainest language we could manage.
Memesly is a parody of a subscription creator platform, a memecoin, and a token launchpad. Those are three different things with three different sets of consequences, so the documents below say which one they are talking about rather than blurring them together.
None of it is legal advice. All of it is meant to be readable by somebody who is not a lawyer, because a policy nobody can read is a policy nobody agreed to.

Development updates
There is no changelog page. Development updates are posted in the Telegram channel, which is where they actually happen and where you can ask a question and get an answer.
The short version
- Every creator profile on this site is fiction. The tokens are real, the personalities are not, and nobody is affiliated with us.
- $MEMESLY is a memecoin. It has no intrinsic value and no promise of any return.
- We never take custody of anything. You sign your own transactions and we never ask for a seed phrase.
- We will never message you first about a presale, an allocation or a claim. Anyone who does is not us.
- Nothing on a blockchain can be deleted, by us or by anyone.
